What we collect

When you write to us through the contact form we receive your name, your email address, your telephone number if you choose to give it, the subject you selected and the message you wrote.

We do not use advertising cookies and we do not sell or share this information with third parties for marketing.

Why we keep it

We keep your message so that we can answer it, and so that we have a record of the conversation if you come back to us later about the same enquiry or appointment.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as the conversation is live, and for up to twenty-four months afterwards. After that they are deleted.

Your rights

You may ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to atelier@shamshik.com and we will answer within thirty days.
